Jane O'Shea

Accredited Practising Dietitian

Jane is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who promotes mindful eating and the non-diet approach so you can feel more in charge of your eating and improve the way in which you use food in your daily life.

In today's busy world, many of us struggle to cope. We feel stressed, anxious and permanently tired.

Food is a constant thought. Food is everywhere. Eating results in feelings of guilt.

Working hard, caring for others means no time left for personal care.

Have you tried all the 'diets' but still struggle with managing your weight?

Perhaps you have had bariatric surgery, but the weight has returned?

Could your diet need adjusting to suit a diagnosed health condition?

I specialise in helping people review their eating habits to improve their health and wellbeing

I promote mindfulness to help you become more aware of your eating.

I will support you so you can become your own expert in solving your eating problems.

The program runs over 8 weekly sessions, with each session lasting around 90 minutes. All workshops are held at my Warrawong office (10mins from Wollongong, or around 1.5hrs south of Sydney). The course fee includes:
